1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1-inch piece of ginger, grated

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup snap peas

1 medium carrot, julienned

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Cooked rice or noodles, to serve

Marinate the Beef: In a medium bowl, combine the sliced sirloin steak, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well until the beef is evenly coated. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes while you prepare the vegetables.

    Prepare the Vegetables: Wash and chop all vegetables. Make sure to cut them into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.

      Heat the Oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated beef in a single layer. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

        Cook the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for 30 seconds until fragrant.
