Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon honey

2 tablespoons mayo (preferably avocado mayo)

1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce

1 teaspoon sriracha (adjust for heat preference)

Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together the mayo, honey, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Set aside.

Season the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Preheat the Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes. This will ensure an even cooking environment for the salmon.

Air Fry the Salmon: Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not overcrowded. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Glaze the Salmon: Once the salmon is cooked, carefully brush the Bang Bang sauce over each fillet. You can add more sauce than you think, as it pairs delightfully with the salmon.

Finish Cooking: Return the glazed salmon to the air fryer for an additional 1-2 minutes to warm up the sauce and infuse the flavors.

Garnish and Serve: Remove the salmon from the air fryer, and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
