Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1 medium apple, cored and diced

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 tbsp chia seeds (optional, for added nutrition)

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or non-dairy alternative)

1 tbsp chopped walnuts (or pecans)

1 tbsp caramel sauce (for drizzling, optional)

Pinch of salt

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, cinnamon, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

Gently fold in the diced apple, ensuring it's evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Add in the Greek yogurt and stir until combined. The yogurt will add creaminess and richness to the oats.

Transfer the mixture into individual mason jars or airtight containers, leaving some space at the top.

Cover the containers and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak and soften.

In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a splash more almond milk.

Top each serving with chopped walnuts and a drizzle of caramel sauce for that extra indulgence.

Serve immediately and enjoy your delightful breakfast!
