Avocado Tuna Salad Wraps

1 (5 oz) can of tuna, drained

1 medium ripe avocado, mashed

1 tablespoon Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 stalk celery, finely chopped

1 small red onion, finely chopped

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (or parsley)

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large lettuce leaves (such as romaine or butter lettuce)

Optional toppings: sliced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, or sliced radishes

Instructions
 

In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna with the mashed avocado. Mix well until smooth.

    Add the Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), Dijon mustard, and lemon juice to the tuna and avocado mixture. Stir until fully combined.

      Fold in the finely chopped celery, red onion, and fresh cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

        To assemble the wraps, lay out a large lettuce leaf on a clean surface.

          Spoon a generous amount of the tuna salad mix onto the center of each lettuce leaf.

            Top with optional toppings like sliced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, or sliced radishes for added crunch and flavor.

              Carefully fold the sides of the lettuce leaf over the filling and roll it up tightly to create a wrap.

                Repeat with the remaining lettuce leaves and tuna salad mixture.

                  Serve immediately, garnished with extra cilantro or lemon wedges if desired!
