Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 cup granola (your choice)

2 cups mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, banana slices, kiwi)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

4 small mason jars or glass containers with lids

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare Your Ingredients: Wash and cut the mixed fruits into bite-sized pieces. If using bananas, slice them just before assembling to prevent browning.

Mix the Yogurt: In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with vanilla extract and cinnamon, if desired. Mix until blended thoroughly. For additional sweetness, stir in honey or maple syrup.

Layer the Jars: Start by adding about ½ cup of yogurt to the bottom of each mason jar. Spread evenly.

Add Granola: Next, add a layer of granola (about 2 tablespoons). Spread it on top of the yogurt.

Fruit Layer: Add ¼ cup of the mixed fresh fruits as the next layer. Try to make it visually appealing by mixing colors.

Repeat Layers: Continue layering with the remaining yogurt, granola, and fruits until the jars are filled, finishing with a layer of fruits on top.

Garnish and Seal: If desired, top with a mint leaf for a pop of color and freshness. Seal the jars with their lids.

Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the jars overnight or until ready to eat. For best texture, enjoy within 2-3 days.
