Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon garlic powder

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup pickles, sliced

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

1 tablespoon ketchup

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon paprika

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Break the meat apart with a wooden spoon and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, yellow mustard, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, and paprika. Stir until smooth. This will be your Big Mac-style sauce.

Prepare the Wraps: Lay out each tortilla on a clean, flat surface. In the center of each tortilla, layer a portion of the cooked beef, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, and pickles.

Add the Sauce: Drizzle a generous amount of the sauce over the filling, ensuring everything is well coated for taste.

Wrap it Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Ensure the filling is secure inside.

Toast (Optional): For a crispy wrap, place the rolled wraps seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat. Toast for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired, and slice the wraps in half diagonally. Serve immediately with extra sauce for dipping.
