2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

4 strips of crispy bacon, crumbled

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup cucumber, diced

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

1 avocado, diced

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Cook the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Remove and place them on paper towels to drain excess grease. Once cooled, crumble them into small pieces.
