Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

½ cup buffalo sauce (adjust for heat preference)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

¼ cup ranch dressing (optional)

2 green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)

Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or olive oil.

Prepare Chicken Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and ranch dressing (if using). Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.

Roll Out Crescent Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean, flat surface. Pinch the seams together to make a single sheet. Make sure there are no perforated sections.

Spread the Filling: Evenly spread the chicken mixture across the crescent dough, leaving a small border at the edges. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken mixture.

Roll Up: Starting from one long edge, gently roll the dough away from you until you have a tight log. Pinch the seams to seal the edges.

Slice the Spirals: Using a sharp knife, slice the log into 1-inch wide spirals. You should have about 12 spirals.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the spirals on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescents are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving. Enjoy these tasty spirals warm!
