1 cup prosciutto, torn into strips

1/2 cup black olives, sliced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered

1/2 cup pickled jalapeños (adjust to taste)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Base: On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer. Be sure not to overcrowd them to ensure even cheese melting.

Add the Meats: Evenly distribute the shredded pulled pork, chopped salami, and torn prosciutto over the tortilla chips.

Layer the Cheeses: Sprinkle the shredded sharp cheddar and gouda cheeses generously over the top of the nachos, covering all the meats and chips.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden.

Toppings Galore: Once out of the oven, quickly add the sliced black olives, quartered cherry tomatoes, pickled jalapeños, and diced avocado on top of the nachos.

Drizzle and Garnish: Drizzle the nachos with olive oil, balsamic glaze, and sprinkle with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to taste. Finish by garnishing with fresh chopped parsley.

Serve and Enjoy: Carefully transfer the nachos to a serving platter. Serve hot with a side of sour cream for dipping!
