Ingredients

1 pre-made pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup marinara sauce

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup sliced salami

½ cup sliced prosciutto

½ cup sliced pepperoni

¼ cup sliced black olives

¼ cup roasted red peppers, sliced

½ cup assorted cheeses (gorgonzola, goat cheese, or fontina)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Fresh arugula for garnish

Crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for serving)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat up.

Prepare the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into your desired shape (round or rectangular) and transfer it to a piece of parchment paper for easy handling.

Add Sauce and Cheese: Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.

Layer the Meats: Artfully arrange the sliced salami, prosciutto, and pepperoni over the cheese, ensuring a generous coverage that reflects the charcuterie theme.

Add Vegetables and Cheeses: Scatter the sliced black olives and roasted red peppers over the pizza. Crumble or evenly distribute the assorted cheeses across the top to add extra flavor.

Season: Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and sprinkle Italian seasoning evenly across the pizza.

Bake: Carefully slide the pizza (with the parchment paper) onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Top with fresh arugula, and if desired, a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes for added heat.

Slice and Enjoy: Cut the pizza into slices and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or extra toppings on the side.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4-6 slices
