Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

1/2 cup salsa

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

4 large flour tortillas

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Sliced jalapeños (optional, for heat)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, salsa, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Lay one flour tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a generous amount of the chicken mixture evenly over the entire surface of the tortilla, leaving about a half-inch border around the edges.

Starting at one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape. Ensure you don't squeeze too hard to keep the filling intact.

Once rolled, wrap the pinwheel tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set. This also makes slicing easier.

After chilling, remove the tortilla from the plastic wrap and place it on a cutting board. Use a sharp knife to slice the log into 1-inch thick pinwheels.

Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and garnish with chopped cilantro and optional jalapeños for an extra kick.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for later. They can be enjoyed cold or at room temperature.
