Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the refrigerated pizza dough into a rectangle approximately 0.25 inch thick.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, dried Italian herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together.
Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the dough rectangle, making sure to cover the entire surface. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the buttered dough.
Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut the dough into strips about 1 inch wide. Take each strip and tie it into a knot; place the knots on the prepared baking sheet.
Once all knots are formed and placed on the baking sheet, use any leftover garlic butter to brush over the top of each knot for extra flavor and richness.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the knots are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley for a fresh touch. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
