2 cups cooked rotini pasta

2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast

3 cups fresh baby spinach, roughly chopped

2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

2 tablespoons olive oil (optional for breadcrumbs)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Pasta: Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rotini, shredded chicken, chopped spinach, and Alfredo sauce. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly coated.

        Season the Mixture: Add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Stir until well combined.

          Layer the Casserole: In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, pour half of the pasta and chicken mixture. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese over this layer.

            Add Second Layer: Pour the remaining pasta mixture on top and finish with the final layer of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

              Prepare Optional Breadcrumb Topping: If using, in a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with olive oil until lightly coated. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of the cheese layer.

                Bake: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
