Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (basil, oregano, thyme)

1/2 teaspoon salt

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray or butter.

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and Alfredo sauce. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.

Prepare the Dough: Open the biscuit dough cans and cut each biscuit into fourths. Set aside.

Flavor the Butter: In a separate small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic, Italian herbs, and salt.

          Assemble the Monkey Bread:

            - Take a piece of biscuit dough and dip it in the butter mixture, then place a small spoonful of the chicken Alfredo mixture on top of it.

              - Roll the dough into a ball and place it in the prepared Bundt pan. Repeat this process until the pan is filled, layering in the remaining chicken Alfredo mixture and cheese as you go to ensure an even distribution.

Top with Cheese: Once all the dough balls are in the Bundt pan, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes. Carefully invert the Bundt pan onto a serving platter, tapping gently to release the monkey bread. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

Enjoy: Pull apart pieces of the delicious Chicken Alfredo Monkey Bread and enjoy warm!
