Ingredients

20 jumbo pasta shells

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (plus extra for topping)

½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated (plus extra for topping)

2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the jumbo shells and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.

Make Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, half of the Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.

Stuff Shells: Carefully stuff each cooked shell with the chicken and cheese mixture, about 2 tablespoons per shell.

Prepare Baking Dish: In a 9x13-inch baking dish, spread 1 cup of Alfredo sauce evenly on the bottom.

Arrange Shells: Place the stuffed shells on top of the sauce, seam side up. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the shells, ensuring each one is coated.

Add Toppings: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top of the sauce.

Bake: Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving hot.
