8 oz (225g) rotini pasta

2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup black olives, sliced

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

1/4 cup Italian dressing (store-bought or homemade)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside to cool.

    Prepare the Chicken: In a large mixing bowl, add the diced cooked chicken, ensuring it's at room temperature or chilled.

      Add Vegetables: To the bowl, add the halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, red bell pepper, chopped red onion, and sliced black olives.
