Ingredients
  

2 ripe avocados

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/3 cup maple syrup (or honey)

1/2 cup coconut milk (full-fat for creaminess)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp sea salt

Optional toppings: whipped coconut cream, fresh berries, shredded coconut, or dark chocolate shavings

Instructions
 

Prepare the Avocados: Cut the ripe avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a high-speed blender or food processor.

    Add Cocoa and Sweetness: Add the unsweetened cocoa powder, maple syrup (or honey), coconut milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the blender with the avocados.

      Blend to Perfection: Blend all the ingredients together on high speed until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed to ensure everything is well combined.
