1/3 cup melted butter

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar (optional, for topping)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

    Mix the Wet Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter with the mashed bananas. Stir in the baking soda and salt.

      Add Sugar and Egg: Mix in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.

        Combine Dry Ingredients: Add the flour to the wet mixture and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
