12 oz penne pasta

2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted

1 cup heavy cream

4 slices of crispy bacon, crumbled

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish

Red pepper flakes (optional), for a kick

Cook the Penne: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve about 1 cup of pasta water, then drain and set the pasta aside.

    Prepare the Avocado Sauce: In a food processor, combine the ripe avocados, heavy cream, garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water until you reach your desired consistency.
