Creamy Avocado Tuna Wraps

1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained

1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted

2 tablespoons Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (or parsley)

1 celery stalk, finely chopped

1 small red onion, finely chopped

4 large whole wheat or spinach tortillas

1 cup mixed salad greens (spinach, arugula, or lettuce)

Optional: sliced tomatoes or cucumbers for extra crunch

Instructions
 

Prepare the Tuna Mixture: In a large bowl, mash the ripe avocado with a fork until smooth. Stir in Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until well blended.

    Season and Add Ingredients: Add the drained tuna, chopped celery, chopped red onion, and fresh dill to the avocado mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything gently until combined, being careful not to over-mix the tuna.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay out a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a generous portion of the creamy tuna mixture in the center of the tortilla, leaving space around the edges for folding.
