Ingredients

4 ripe bananas, sliced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup sweetened condensed milk

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup toasted coconut flakes

¼ tsp ground cinnamon

½ cup dark chocolate shavings (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.

In another bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture until fully combined, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.

In serving glasses or bowls, layer the sliced bananas at the bottom, followed by a generous layer of the creamy mixture.

Sprinkle a layer of toasted coconut flakes and a pinch of ground cinnamon on top of the creamy layer.

Repeat the layering process until you reach the top of your glasses, finishing with a layer of the creamy mixture.

If using, sprinkle dark chocolate shavings on the top layer for an added gourmet touch.

Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves.
