1 large cucumber, peeled and diced

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain)

1/2 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: a pinch of paprika for garnish

Instructions
 

Start by preparing the cucumber: peel and finely dice it into small pieces. For a less watery dip, you can sprinkle the diced cucumber with a pinch of salt and let it sit in a strainer for about 10 minutes. Then, gently press to remove excess moisture.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and sour cream. Stir until smooth and well blended.

      Add the prepared cucumber to the yogurt mixture.

        Mix in the fresh dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.

          Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes. This allows the flavors to meld and enhances the taste.

            Before serving, give the dip a good stir. If desired, sprinkle a pinch of paprika on top for a pop of color.
