1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

1 cup buttermilk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

Cooking spray or olive oil spray

Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine the chicken strips, buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight for best flavor).

    Prepare the Breading Station: In one shallow bowl, place the all-purpose flour. In a second shallow bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, spread the panko breadcrumbs.

      Bread the Chicken: Remove the marinated chicken strips from the refrigerator. Dredge each piece first in the flour, shaking off excess, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with the panko breadcrumbs. Ensure each strip is thoroughly coated for maximum crispiness.

        Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
