Ingredients

10 fresh jalapeño peppers

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons olive oil

Cooking spray (for air fryer)

Instructions

Prepare the Jalapeños: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Cut each jalapeño in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes to reduce the heat (you can wear gloves if desired).

Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Stuff the Peppers: Using a small spoon or a piping bag, fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, ensuring they're generously packed.

Prepare the Coating: In a separate bowl, toss the Panko breadcrumbs with olive oil until evenly coated.

Coat the Poppers: Press the stuffed jalapeños into the Panko mixture gently to cover the top of each popper completely.

Air Fry the Poppers: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the prepared jalapeño poppers in a single layer in the basket, leaving some space between each for even cooking.

Cooking: Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until the poppers are golden brown and crispy. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

Serve: Allow the poppers to cool slightly before serving. They’re best enjoyed warm with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or avocado dip!
