2 large flour tortillas

1 lb chicken tenders

1 cup buttermilk

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Salt and pepper, to taste

6 slices of cooked bacon, chopped

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 medium tomato, diced

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing

Olive oil, for frying

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, soak the chicken tenders in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes. This will tenderize the meat and add flavor.

    Prepare the Breading: In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

      Coat the Chicken: Remove the chicken tenders from the buttermilk, letting the excess drip off. Dredge each piece in the seasoned flour mixture until fully coated.

        Fry the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat about 1/4 inch of olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the breaded chicken tenders in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

          Prepare the Wrap: Lay a flour tortilla flat. In the center, add shredded lettuce, diced tomato, crispy chicken tenders, chopped bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and a generous drizzle of ranch dressing.
