1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

½ cup powdered sugar

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp baking powder

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp lemon juice

For the Topping:

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup kiwifruit, peeled and sliced

1 cup blueberries

1 cup sliced peaches (fresh or canned)

1 banana, sliced

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (for drizzling)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crust:

    - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

      - In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and powdered sugar. Beat until light and fluffy.

        - Add the egg, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.

          - Gradually add in the flour, mixing until a dough forms.

            - Spread the dough evenly on a greased pizza stone or baking sheet, forming a pizza shape about ¼ inch thick.

              - Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Allow the crust to cool completely.

                Make the Cream Cheese Layer:

                  - In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.

                    - Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.

                      Top with Fresh Fruits:
