4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (Panko recommended)

3 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of 1 lemon

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare Chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.

      Make the Coating Mixture: In a bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, lemon zest, dried oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

        Coat the Chicken: In a separate dish, mix together the olive oil and lemon juice. Dip each chicken breast into the olive oil mixture, making sure it’s well coated, then transfer to the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down to ensure a good coating.
