12 soft slider buns

1 lb ground turkey

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Turkey Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined, but avoid overmixing to keep the turkey tender.

      Form the Sliders: Divide the turkey mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into a small patty that will fit the size of your slider buns.

        Cook the Sliders: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the turkey patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and are golden brown. Remove from heat and let them cool slightly.

          Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth. This will be your tasty sauce for the sliders.

            Assemble the Sliders: Slice the slider buns in half horizontally. Spread a generous layer of the sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place a turkey patty on top, followed by the top half of the bun. Repeat until all sliders are assembled.

              Bake the Sliders: Place the assembled sliders in the prepared baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes. For a golden top, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

                Garnish and Serve: Once done, remove the sliders from the oven. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with extra sauce on the side. Enjoy!
