1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

1/4 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened for a healthier option)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for extra sweetness)

Pinch of sea salt

Prep the Bananas: Peel the bananas and slice them into 1/2-inch thick rounds. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    Almond Butter Spread: In a small bowl, combine the almond butter and honey (if using). Mix until smooth and creamy.
