Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 cup mixed frozen berries (such as blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Silicone mold or ice cube trays

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly blended and smooth.

Add the Berries: Gently fold in the frozen mixed berries into the yogurt mixture, ensuring they are evenly distributed without entirely crushing them.

Mold the Yogurt Bites: Carefully spoon the yogurt and berry mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays. Fill each compartment until it’s nearly full, leaving a little space at the top for expansion as they freeze.

Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and allow the yogurt bites to freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.

Unmold and Enjoy: Once frozen, pop the yogurt bites out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer. They are now ready to enjoy!

Serving Suggestions: Serve these refreshing yogurt bites straight from the freezer as a healthy snack or dessert. For an added crunch, sprinkle some crushed nuts or granola on top!
