Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (for vegan option)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

1/4 cup granola (optional, for added crunch)

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt until smooth and creamy.

Prepare the Berries: Rinse the mixed berries under cold water and pat them dry gently with a paper towel. If using strawberries, hull and slice them into smaller pieces.

Mix Berries with Yogurt: Gently fold the mixed berries into the yogurt mixture until they are evenly coated. If you want to add granola for extra texture, fold it in at this stage.

Scoop and Shape: Using a small cookie scoop or a tablespoon, drop clusters of the yogurt-berry mixture onto a lined baking sheet. Each cluster should be about 1-2 tablespoons in size.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until the clusters are completely solid.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the clusters from the baking sheet and store them in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy them straight from the freezer as a refreshing snack or dessert.

Optional Garnish: Before serving, you can drizzle with a bit of extra honey or sprinkle some crushed nuts for added flavor.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 2 hours 15 minutes | Servings: About 12 clusters
