Ingredients

2 cups frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 cup fresh spinach (optional, for added nutrition)

1 banana, sliced

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for added texture and nutrition)

Instructions

Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the frozen mixed berries, Greek yogurt, spinach (if using), banana slices, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and chia seeds. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no visible lumps.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie mixture and adjust sweetness as needed by adding more honey or syrup, or adding more almond milk if it's too thick.

Pour into Ice Cube Trays: Carefully pour the smoothie mixture into silicone ice cube trays or any freezer-safe mold. Leave a little room at the top to allow for expansion as they freeze.

Freeze: Place the filled trays in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, or until the smoothie cubes are completely frozen.

Store the Smoothie Cubes: Once frozen, gently pop the smoothie cubes out of the trays and transfer them to a resealable freezer bag. Label the bag with the date and store in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Serve as Needed: To enjoy a refreshing smoothie, simply blend 2-3 smoothie cubes with a cup of your preferred liquid (like almond milk, coconut water, or juice) until smooth and vibrant. You may add fresh fruits or greens if desired!
