Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

½ cup mini chocolate chips

½ cup crushed graham crackers

¼ cup mini marshmallows

A pinch of sea salt

Optional: a dash of cinnamon for extra flavor

Instructions

Prepare the Bananas: Peel the bananas and slice them into thick round pieces (about ¼ inch thick). You should have around 18-24 slices, depending on the size of the bananas.

Mix the Yogurt: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with a pinch of sea salt and a dash of cinnamon (if using). Stir until well blended.

Assemble the Bites: On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place half of the banana slices. Spoon a generous dollop of the yogurt mixture onto each banana slice.

Add Toppings: Sprinkle a few mini chocolate chips, crushed graham crackers, and mini marshmallows on top of the yogurt for each slice.

Top and Freeze: Place the remaining banana slices on top of the yogurt-filled ones to create little sandwich bites.

Freeze: Carefully set the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2-3 hours, or until the banana bites are completely frozen.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the bites from the baking sheet and store them in a resealable plastic bag or an airtight container. Enjoy straight from the freezer for a deliciously refreshing treat!
