1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips (or regular chocolate chips)

For the Frozen Yogurt Layer:

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)

1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (add more for extra sweetness)

1 tsp vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

For Topping:

Crushed nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

Extra chocolate chips

Shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Brownie Batter Layer:

    - In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk together until well mixed.

      - In a separate bowl, mix together the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.

        - Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until a thick batter forms. Fold in the chocolate chips.

          - Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal. Spread the brownie batter evenly in the dish, smoothing the top with a spatula. Set aside.

            Prepare the Frozen Yogurt Layer:

              - In another bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.

                - Pour the yogurt mixture over the brownie batter layer in the baking dish. Spread evenly using a spatula.

                  Freeze:

                    - Cover the dish with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.

                      Serve:

                        - Once frozen, remove the squares from the baking dish using the parchment paper. Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes for easier slicing.

                          - Cut into squares and top with crushed nuts, extra chocolate chips, and shredded coconut if desired.

                            Enjoy:

                              - Serve immediately or store the leftover squares in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
