1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup fresh or frozen cherries, pitted and halved

1/2 cup sliced almonds

1/4 tsp almond extract

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, almond extract, and sea salt. Mix thoroughly until smooth and well combined.

Incorporate the Cherries and Almonds: Gently fold the halved cherries and sliced almonds into the yogurt mixture, ensuring they're evenly distributed.

Scoop the Mixture: Using a tablespoon or a small ice cream scoop, drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Aim for small clusters, about 2 inches apart.

Freeze the Clusters: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the yogurt clusters to freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until completely firm.

Serve and Enjoy: Once frozen, remove the clusters from the baking sheet. Enjoy immediately or transfer to an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
