Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or flavored, if preferred)

1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1/2 cup granola (of your choice)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

A pinch of sea salt

Optional: 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (for an indulgent twist)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix until well blended and smooth.

Add the Fruits: Gently fold in the mixed fresh berries, ensuring they're evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture.

Incorporate Granola and Nuts: Add in the granola and chopped nuts, stirring carefully to combine without breaking the berries.

Scoop and Shape Clusters: Using a small cookie scoop or a tablespoon, drop rounded clusters of the yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Space them evenly.

Drizzle with Chocolate (Optional): If you're using chocolate chips, melt them in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth. Drizzle the melted chocolate over each yogurt cluster for an added treat.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until the clusters are completely solid.

Store and Serve: Once frozen, carefully transfer the clusters to an airtight container. They can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy them as a cool snack whenever you desire!
