Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup granola (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1/4 cup crushed nuts (almonds or walnuts)

A pinch of salt

Optional: Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined and creamy.

Prepare the Cups: Gather your serving cups or individual ramekins. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the granola into the bottom of each cup, pressing it down lightly to create an even layer.

Add the Cheesecake Mixture: Pour or spoon the creamy cheesecake mixture over the granola layer, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

Layer the Berries: Top each cup with a few mixed berries, scattering them evenly across the surface. You can reserve some berries for garnish if you like.

Chill: Place the cheesecake cups in the freezer for about 2-3 hours, or until they are firm but not frozen solid.

Serve: Once the cheesecake cups are set, remove them from the freezer and allow them to sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before serving for easier eating. Garnish with crushed nuts, leftover berries, and fresh mint leaves for an extra touch.

Enjoy: Dig in with a spoon and enjoy the crunchy, creamy, and slightly tangy deliciousness of your Frozen Yogurt Granola Cheesecake Cups!
