Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 cup granola (your choice, but a mix of nuts and fruits works best)

½ cup honey or maple syrup

1 cup mixed dried fruits (such as cranberries, apricots, and raisins)

½ cup mini chocolate chips (optional, for added sweetness)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon salt

Fresh fruit slices (for garnish, optional)

Parchment paper (for lining the pan)

Instructions

Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) square baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later.

Mix Yogurt Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until smooth and well combined.

Add Fillings: Gently fold in the granola, mixed dried fruits, and mini chocolate chips if using. Ensure everything is evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture.

Pour into Pan: Pour the yogurt and granola mixture into the prepared baking pan. Use a spatula to evenly spread the mixture across the pan and ensure it's packed tightly.

Freeze: Place the baking pan in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely set.

Cut into Squares: Once fully frozen, remove the pan from the freezer. Lift the mixture out using the overhanging parchment paper and place it on a cutting board. Cut into squares or rectangles, depending on your desired size.

Serve or Store: Enjoy immediately or store the squares in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. If stacking, place parchment paper between layers to prevent sticking.

Garnish (optional): If desired, top with fresh fruit slices just before serving for an added pop of color and freshness.
