1/2 cup nuts (almonds or walnuts, chopped)

1/2 cup honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/4 cup brewed coffee (cooled)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla-flavored)

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/4 cup dried cherries or cranberries (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Oat Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped nuts, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until well mixed.

    Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey (or maple syrup), cooled brewed coffee, and vanilla extract until fully combined.

      Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry oat mixture. Stir thoroughly until all the dry ingredients are evenly coated.

        Add Yogurt: Gently fold in the Greek yogurt to the mixture, ensuring that it is well incorporated and the mixture is mostly sticky.

            Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) square baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later.
