1 cup oat milk

1/2 cup almond flour

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (vegan if desired)

Prepare Your Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and sea salt. Mix well to combine.

    Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the oat milk, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

      Mix Dry and Wet Ingredients: Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until a sticky dough forms. If the dough feels too dry, you can add a splash more oat milk.
