Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or your favorite flavored yogurt)

1 cup salted caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

½ cup granola clusters (your choice of flavors)

½ cup chopped nuts (pecans, almonds, or walnuts)

¼ cup mini chocolate chips (dark, milk, or white)

1 teaspoon sea salt (for topping)

Optional: Sliced bananas or strawberries for added flavor

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and ½ cup of salted caramel sauce. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If you prefer a sweeter profile, you can adjust by adding more caramel sauce to taste.

Add Mix-ins: Gently fold in the granola clusters, chopped nuts, and mini chocolate chips into the yogurt mixture. If you’re adding sliced bananas or strawberries, incorporate them at this stage too.

Shape the Clusters: Using a tablespoon or a small ice cream scooper, drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Make sure to space them out a bit since they will expand slightly while freezing.

Drizzle with Caramel: Using the remaining ½ cup of salted caramel sauce, drizzle it over each cluster. This adds an extra layer of sweetness and fancy appearance.

Sprinkle with Sea Salt: Finish each cluster with a light sprinkle of sea salt to enhance the sweet and savory contrast.

Freeze the Clusters: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, or until the clusters are fully frozen and form a solid shape.

Serve and Enjoy: Once frozen, remove the clusters from the baking sheet. They can be enjoyed immediately or stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.

Prep Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 6 hours | Servings: 12 clusters
