Ingredients

2 cups ripe strawberries, hulled and quartered

1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup crushed graham crackers (about 8 full-sized sheets)

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Strawberries: In a medium bowl, combine the quartered strawberries with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup. Gently toss them to coat and let them sit for about 10 minutes to macerate and release their juices.

Mix Yogurt Base: In another bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, remaining honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

Combine Ingredients: Add the macerated strawberries (including their juices) to the yogurt mixture. Sprinkle in the crushed graham crackers, mini chocolate chips, and sea salt, gently folding everything together until evenly mixed.

Form Clusters: Using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop, drop clusters of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, making sure to space them approximately 1 inch apart.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the clusters to freeze for at least 3 hours or until completely solid.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the clusters from the baking sheet and transfer them to an airtight container for storage. Serve immediately for a refreshing treat or keep in the freezer for up to a month.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 3 hours 15 minutes | Servings: 12 clusters
