Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced green chilies (canned or fresh)

1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp ground cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

12 oz sliced turkey breast

1 cup shredded lettuce

1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)

1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced green chilies, chopped cilantro, garlic powder, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and creamy.

Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread approximately 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving about 1 inch around the edges.

On top of the cream cheese layer, add a layer of sliced turkey, followed by a handful of shredded lettuce, and a sprinkle of diced tomatoes and sliced olives if using.

Starting at one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape. Make sure to roll it as snug as possible without squeezing out the filling.

Once rolled, use a sharp knife to slice the pinwheel into 1-inch thick pieces. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and serve immediately, or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to an hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

For an extra touch, serve with your favorite dipping sauce or salsa on the side!
