Grilled Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps

Ingredients
  

2 large chicken breasts

4 slices of bacon

1 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup baby spinach

1 medium tomato, diced

4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for grilling

Optional: sliced jalapeños for heat

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken:

    - Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

      - In a skillet over medium heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil. Once hot, grill the chicken breasts for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat and let them cool slightly before slicing.

        Cook the Bacon:

          - In the same skillet (adding more olive oil if necessary), cook the bacon slices until crispy. Drain on paper towels and then chop into bite-sized pieces.

            Mix the Filling:

              - In a medium bowl, combine the sliced grilled chicken, crispy bacon pieces, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and baby spinach. Toss until well mixed.

                Assemble the Wraps:

                  - Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each.

                    Wrap it Up:

                      - Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Secure with parchment paper or a toothpick if needed.

                        Grill the Wraps:

                          - Preheat your grill or a grill pan over medium heat. Add a little olive oil to prevent sticking. Place each wrap seam-side down on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the tortilla is golden brown and crisp.

                            Serve:
