2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

6 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup croutons

½ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

Fresh lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture over the chicken breasts. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes for better flavor.

    Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F / 200°C). Ensure the grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

      Grill the Chicken: Place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
