1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 handful of fresh spinach (optional for added nutrients)

½ tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)

Ice cubes (optional for a thicker texture)

    In a high-speed blender, combine the unsweetened almond milk, frozen banana, matcha powder, protein powder, almond butter, chia seeds, and spinach if using.

      Blend on high until all ingredients are smooth and creamy. If you'd like a thicker consistency, add a few ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
