2 cups fresh peaches, sliced (about 3 medium peaches)

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup crumbled goat cheese

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or ½ teaspoon dried thyme)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat as well.

    Prepare the Peach Topping: In a bowl, combine the sliced peaches with olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to coat the peaches evenly.

      Assemble the Pizza: On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pizza crust to your desired thickness. Transfer the crust onto a pizza peel or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

        Spread the Ricotta: Evenly spread the ricotta cheese across the pizza crust, leaving a small border all around.

          Add the Cheese and Peaches: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the ricotta. Then, layer the seasoned peach slices on top of the mozzarella. Finally, sprinkle crumbled goat cheese over the peaches.
