1 lb ground turkey

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for a gluten-free version)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 large egg

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried basil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

1/3 cup honey

3 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water (for thickening)

1 tbsp rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)

1/2 tsp sesame oil (optional)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Make the Meatball Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly incorporated.

      Form the Meatballs: Using your hands, scoop about 1-2 tablespoons of the meat mixture and roll them into balls (about 1 inch in diameter). Place the meatballs on the lined baking sheet, making sure to leave some space between them for even cooking.
