8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2-4 fresh jalapeno peppers, finely chopped (adjust for heat preference)

1/2 cup crispy bacon bits (cooked and crumbled)

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp black pepper

4 large flour tortillas

Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare Jalapenos: Use gloves to finely chop the fresh jalapenos. If you prefer less heat, remove the seeds and membranes. Set aside.

    Mix Cream Cheese Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped jalapenos, bacon bits, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and smooth.

      Spread the Mixture: Lay out one flour tortilla on a clean surface. Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the tortilla, leaving about a half-inch border around the edges.

        Roll it Up: Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla up tightly into a log shape. Make sure to keep it as tight as possible for neat pinwheels.

          Chill: Once rolled, wrap the pinwheel in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. This will help the cheese mixture firm up and make slicing easier.
