Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

½ lb Italian sausage, crumbled

1 cup pepperoni slices

1 cup cooked diced bacon (about 4 strips)

1 cup pizza sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)

8 taco-sized flour tortillas

Fresh basil or parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Meats: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and Italian sausage. Cook until browned, stirring to crumble, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease if necessary.

Add Bacon and Seasonings: Stir in the diced cooked bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and well combined.

Warm Tortillas: In a separate skillet or microwave, warm the flour tortillas until pliable. This will make them easier to fold and fill.

Assemble Tacos: Take a warm tortilla and spread a tablespoon of pizza sauce down the center. Scoop a generous amount of the meat mixture over the sauce. Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

Melt the Cheese: Place the filled tacos in the skillet over medium heat, or under a broiler for a couple of minutes, just until the cheese starts to melt and the tortillas are lightly crisped.

Garnish and Serve: Remove the tacos from heat and garnish with fresh basil or parsley for a pop of color and flavor. Serve hot with extra pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
